Herbal Drunken Prawns

Ingredients
400g large prawns
(about 10 pieces, deveined)
2 tbsp wolfberries
5 pcs danggui
1 knob old ginger (shredded)
50ml Hua Tiao Chiew (cooking wine)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
Dash of pepper
100ml hot water
1 stalk Chinese parsley
Method
1 Place danggui in hot water for about 20 minutes.
2 Marinate the prawns with salt, sugar and pepper for 30 minutes.
3 Place prawns in a dish, topped with wolfberries, ginger, wine and danggui together with hot water.
4 Set to Auto mode no. 1, weight 400g and press Start.
5 When it is ready, garnish with Chinese parsley and serve.
