Roast Beef Loin

Ingredients

1 kg beef loin
2-3 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Oil for brushing

Method

1 Marinate beef with mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside for 1 hour.
2 Place the beef in a casserole dish or baking tray that is brushed with oil.
3 Preheat steam convection in the menu bar at 190ºC till hot.
4 When the preheating is done, place the beef on the lower shelf of the steam bake tray and bake at 190ºC for about 40-50 minutes. In between baking, baste with sauce.
5 Once it is ready, covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes before serving.
